“So was happy with service I received BUT. We did find plastic in our blizzard! It was alittle scary ! But friendly younger staff ! Always do the upside down with the blizzards ! So I give 4 out of 5 cause other then the one time we had the plastic issue we have had nothing but awesome service !! We definitely go here frequently“

“While we were eating a certain employee stood out above the rest. A young male by the name of Hussein, I think, was packaging orders and then when the line up was down he grabbed a spray bottle and cloth and wiped down tables, swept the floors, and straightened empty chairs. A one point stopped what he was doing to go open the door for an elderly gentleman with a cane. By the time we left he was packaging orders again. Very impressed!!“

“Fast and friendly service. My husband's favourite burger, not mine so much. However, I love the amount of fries dished out. Having chosen a new lifestyle (more like it having been chosen for me) I ordered a burger. My husband gently reminded me of the contents. I decided to forgo his reminder and took a second delicious bite(I was starving) but didn't swallow it. I wondered how much they would charge for a substitution of ingredients. With friendly smiles acknowledgement of understanding and smooth swift movements, the substitution was made no questions asked. It was quiet and very clean which made eating all the more enjoyable.“

“Steak was perfect! Staff came by regularly to check to see if we needed anything and were friendly and smiling. Great atmosphere, not too loud and tables spaced well so you didn't feel like you were eating with the next table. Food cost reasonable. Recommend trying it out!“

“This was my first time visiting Sam's Donair, I highly recommend it 5/5! Easily one of the best Donair sandwiches that I've ever had (and I've had many..). All ingredients were fresh and the meat was incredibly flavorful topped and off with their delicious in-house made Donair sauce. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be back very soon!“

“It was busy when we got there and had to wait quite awhile to get service ,having said that we were not in a rush ,the food was great and portions size just right. It is a little noisy but it is a breakfast place overall a good experience. Price was okay.“

“Stopped in to order an appi and crème brûlée for bday. Hubby had duck wings which he said were great - tender and tasty. I had the red velvet strawberry brûlée and he had the vanilla. Both were lovely. Just the right size, velvety smooth and flavorful. Service was prompt and Emma was friendly and helpful.Their Thursday menu included a stuffed Yorkshire that looks delicious for a very good price.“

“First off they are open. Which is amazing at 11:00pm and I haven’t eaten all day! All I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich and even though it was not on the menu, the lady was beyond willing to make one for me. The poutine was also amazing.But overall the service we received was far beyond what a normal fast food restaurant would have given anybody. It was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had in a drive through. I’m not super sure who helped us, but whoever closed on Saturday March 16th at this location actually made my week. Would 100/100 recommend, great experience for my first time at carls!Thanks!“

“You know, I just love going to DQ with my kids and having a good time. We love eating our “hot eats and cool treats”, laughing (maybe a little to loud), and turning our minds off to life’s worries.
