“Very clean restaurant and great service. I ordered the burger and brew salad and it was the tastiest, fresh salad I had in a long time. It tasted home made and I will be back for more. I also tried the blueberry lager and it was delicious and compliments the salad perfectly!“

“The Double Bacon Burger 🍔 😋 From Max Burger (Add the 2nd pattie) I can not say enough about this place. Located at 5430 Northern Lights Blvd. Max Burgers was my first introduction to the Alaska Burger scene almost 10 years ago. All I can say about it is if you know, you know. The price, flavor, and overall presentation will keep you licking your fingers long after you leave. In fact it is so good you will indeed slap your momma, your uncle, your parrot, and most likely your nearest co-worker. Do not get me wrong, Arctic Roadrunner, Wee B's, Long Branch Saloon, Altura Bistro , Tommys, & City Boys are in the elite league for bedt burgers in Anchorage. This place just flys under the radar. Give them some love.“

I’ve been living in Anchorage for a year now, and words can’t describe how sick I am to learn that this place has been here this whole time.
The burgers = ⛽️ 🔥
The onion rings = ⛽️ 🔥
Every time I come here, after the first bite I have to sit in silence because I remember why I always come back.
Above all, the owner is one of the most genuine caring people I’ve had the luck to meet. I will defend this restaurant til the day I die.

“My first time coming here and I was sure what to expect. The Burger was flavorful and included all the veggies. The fries were good, too, and I'll definitely be back when I have a craving for a fast-order Smashburger.

“Enjoyed what I got.. the Spenard. Asked for crispy fries and they delivered. Young-ish counter people that don't seem to understand some common kitchen/order terms. Not a huge deal. When you explain they get it. I would not recommend you rely on the QR code menu. It still had the previous week's special on it but they let me pay for my order and then told me I couldn't have it because it was Last Weeks special. Maybe they are still working the bugs out.“

“Ordered for pickup a few burgers with bacon and some fries and onion rings, calamari and zuk strips..
Took a quick 15 minutes and I was holding 2 good sized bags .
Burgers are flat top cooked with delicious toasted sesame seed buns.
A toasted bun is a key to a quality burger. Reminded me of a great night diner burger.
The calamari was a little chewy. But was okay.
The crinkle cut fries... on point
The battered O-rings.... delicious!
The zucchini strips the zuks limp soaked with grease unfortunately...
Over all a great experience and will return to try the halibut burger next time !!“

“We randomly selected Applebees for lunch and were not disappointed. We were greeted by Miss Bobby, who held the door for my disabled husband (and was so sweet). Our server, Sierra, was top tier with customer service. Her positive attitude definitely adds to the great experience.
The food: we ordered the trio appetizers (crunch shrimp, chicken quesadilla, and boneless wings) and the whiskey bacon burger.
The quesadilla had fresh veggies, the shrimp was juicy and crisp. The boneless wings were legit. The burger was popping flavor and dripping sauce (chef kept them juices in). The drinks were also delicious. Will be back for more good food and service ❤️“

“We’ve eaten at Tommys twice now and today hubs ordered the philly cheesesteak. Today was the first time in years hes had a proper philly cheesesteak! He loved it. I love their onion rings.“
