Stopped in for a quick bite and beer and wow, what a great place! Table next to us was enjoying some of the largest crab legs I’ve seen served. We had the lobster dip with some of the yummiest bread I’ve had in a long time. Lots of local beers, cans, bottles and tap. Owner catted with us and she is so friendly and engaging. My wife and I came to Anchorage about 3 weeks ago for our honeymoon. We found this place on accident, we went for a beer across the street and couldn't get in... And boy are we glad we did. The catfish was delicious and the owner of the restaurant even gave everybody complimentary okra. My wife said red beans and rice was the best rice she's had... And as she puts it, "I'm Mexican.
