“I’m absolutely thrilled with the new keto ramen! The noodles are similar to the texture of the “Miracle Noodle” if you’re familiar with that. I was prepared to pay upwards of a $5-$10 up charge, but it was only $2.50!!! I’m so excited to eat ramen again!! Thank you so much for including this option on your menu!“
“We ordered beef roast with Asiago bagel and lox with onion bagel. Beef roast was amazing. I generally like putting siracha in everything to get extra savory flavor but for this one I didn't need any extra. It was very flavorful and delicious. Loved the smoked salmon bagel too. The salmon was very soft and capers added the extra tanginess to it.I also got London fog in drinks. It was little sweet. Maybe next time I will ask them to reduce the honey.Loved the place. Gonna visit again!!“
“Two nights ago, we passed by the place with cinnamon rolls on our mind after a long day at the hot springs. The next day, after our second and last trip of the Chena Hot Springs, we decided to stop by before having dinner and had some of the best homemade cinnamon rolls that top many other bakeries I’ve tried before! The rolls were cooked to perfection and the interesting choice of having a maple bacon roll surprisingly blends really well that I had to buy one in addition to my standard cinnamon roll! The atmosphere feels homey with relaxing music and adorable souvenirs/trinkets in addition of the wonderful food served here. It’s a lovely experience in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness that anyone passing by should enjoy and I won’t forget as I return to Atlanta within the hour! If I return to Fairbanks, I will for sure return here once again!“
“I went there to pick up pastries for my friend who turned out to go for gluten-free diet so I ended up eating them all by myself. I l had the Almond croissant, pastry filled with cheese, raspberry tart?(Sorry it's been a while) all good, I was happy to find this place, I call it best bakery in fairbanks. It's really cute too, I will be my go to place for house warming gifts. Price is just right.“
“Batter & Crumb is an amazing bakery. I reached out to have my wedding cake made here and had such a wonderful experience! The owner has the best customer service, she listened and was proactive in helping me create my dream cake. She did such a fantastic job and it was absolutely delicious!! 10/10“
“I requested GF carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for a coworker’s birthday. Not only did they turn out moist and delicious, all the staff raved about them throughout the day. You worked with me even while I had to travel in from the village an arrange a Saturday pick up which was so awesome! I was able to keep them chilled and looking as perfect as ever till Monday morning to spread the yummy spoils. The Mary C. Demientieff Heath Clinic staff would like to share our appreciation. Thank you so much!“
“We ordered a cake for my sons birthday party & it came out PERFECT!!! My son lost his mind when he saw it. It looked exactly like the reference photo, & it tasted so beyond delicious. Plus the owner was an absolute PLEASURE! I’ll be referring all my family and friends to this wonderful talented woman! (We added the paper cutouts, but she’s able to do those herself too if need be)“
“Great service and atmosphere. The staff were kind and patient. Reasonable price, got coffee and <<large>> scone (yeah, it was definitely good size lol) for $10. It can get a bit loud with large party groups. Other than that, great classical music in the background and natural lighting when it was empty. Wish my coffee was hotter, maybe the milk wasn’t steamed enough? I’d definitely come back and try their pizza. I had their peach strawberry scone, not too sweet, it was perfectly done. Also, I think they normally provide free WiFi, but their service is down at the moment as they are trying to change providers. Just fyi :)“
“Excellent traditional bakery, they bake EVERYTHING and it's all delicious. Don't miss your chance to buy some its fresh and very delicious always. They also put their donuts in Holiday gas station stores, so if you miss the bakery hours get em there. They sell quickly.“
“There’s a reason Guy Fieri went all the way to Alaska for this place. Their breakfast fare is solid (the Monte Cristo and Cheese steak sandwiches are solid). But the absolute show stopper is the “Stuffed Nelson”. A massive cinnamon roll, cut in half, fried French toast style, stuff with cream cheese and topped with a delectable raspberry blueberry compote ??. We shared this one between 5 people (though it was so good, I probably could have taken it on myself). Worth it!!!“
