“Dined in , staff are amazing and refill your drinks as fast as you drink, favorite food is even the kids meals filling if you are not that hungry , they make amazing soup daily …portions are large , expect left over fir next day! A few Wait staff have been there for several years !“
“Returning to Food Factory after being gone for 10 years....the food was okay, but not anywhere near as good as it used to be. The service was acceptable but not really remarkable. The real problem is the change in locale and how they didn't really keep the eclectic decor, the floor plan inside doesn't seem as private and comfortable as the old building, and it just generally didn't feel as welcoming.“
