“I was really happy with my service the line was really short doesn't seem to have too much traffic and the staff and service was wonderful very kind and friendly and they didn't mind adding a little extra salami on the side for my dog.Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options I got the veggie Delight Subway sandwich and it was really good.“
“This place has mixed reviews from friends. I always try to check it out for myself and was not disappointed, aside from being behind a lady with a big order. Which was actually a good thing as when I got to the front, all the food was replaced & super fresh. I will be back.“
“As far as Arby's goes, this one is nice. Good seating, staff was pleasant, and the quality of the food ordered was good. Location wise, its within the radius of the main shopping areas of Fairbanks, so if you're here at one of the chain hotels visiting this would be a nice & quick meal without having to go exploring.Parking: Parking can get a little janky here due to limited space and a semi-shared lot with the adjoining business, especially in the snow when all the lines disappear and drivers are left on the "honor system" of parking spots.“
“I have never had a issue until today the food has always been ready and delicious that is not the concern today the issue was my order was 40 min late I understand sometimes short staffed but they had 5 ppl in there the crew that worked September 23 6pm the 3 ladies were getting it done the older gentleman on register was ringing up and stocking and cleaning the whole time the other gentleman was very sarcastic when one of the ladies asked him if he could please hurry cause they were really behind to which he responded to your not my boss or my supervisor to tell me what to do and laughed very loudly and continued to take his time and joke around and be funny to which he immediately said he was taking his break instead the ladies were frustrated that other customers were walking up to them asking about their late orders he needs to be talked to on his job duties and respect his team members.“
“Ordered online, had it delivered to my hotel. Fast, seemed fresh, made exactly how I asked. No real complaints, other than they might be a bit small. I paid for double protein, so I could see that a regular could be light on the meat. However, you can always load up on the veg. I got pita and hummus, for like $3.50 it was good. Pita had good flavor, the quantity of hummus was small. But for that price, I was more than happy. I also made my own with steak, feta, tomato, onion, grilled red pepper, and sauce. Again, everything seemed fresh. In all, it was delivered in 27 min. Fees are lower if you order from their website, and not right from door dash.“
“The university store has the cleanest drive through than any restaurant in m Fairbanks and it’s in a really great location with tons of parking.I’ve never gotten the wrong order from the awesome staff at arbys. It happens sometimes mistakes happen but these guys get all the meats right Everytime. There lines always move really swiftly and they are great for picking up doordash orders. I love the fruit punch.“

“From the outside, it looks like a tourist trap. You go through the street door, and your suspicions are confirmed, but then, you walk in the second door, everything is brightly lit and refreshed. Tried a little bit of every fudge and it was one of the best. I highly recommend the expresso fudge with the chai tea, a great combination. Probably one of the best fudge, I had. The fudge was dense and smooth. It wasn't crumbly and dry. It has just the right consistency. The sugar was well incorporated and didn't fell in any way gritty“
