I try hard not to go to Starbucks anymore because there are plenty of great local options and their loyalty program keeps sinking into the depths of lameness. But occasionally they have a good promo, you have points to burn, or you crave something others don't have. I personally think this is the best Starbucks in Fairbanks/ North Pole. The staff are so polite and friendly. They go out of their way to help you and make conversation. They always get my order right. I go out of my way to order at this branch because they are so good.

Starbucks does okay here in a pinch. They have a lot of the same things any of the local coffee shops have. The issue with Starbucks up here is that they are often waiting on shipments for the more popular items. Local shops are often always stocked and have better prices and deals. If you're new to the area and need something firmilar from the lower 48 Starbucks. Once you've been here for a while, you will find yourself going to one of the many local coffee huts around the area.
