“We drove an 1hr+ to get there from Pensacola, FL. I waited years to visit this restaurant and finally had the time to do so on vacation.I'm so very glad I had the opportunity to go. The ambience was eclectic and homey and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food... was outstanding! My husband and I had the hush puppies, steak fries, top sirloin, ribeye, chocolate butter cake and pecan cheesecake. The only thing I had out of that entire list that I thought could use some improvement was the hush puppies - but honestly my top sirloin entree was so delicious, I didn't mind!! My highest compliments to the chef! I hope we'll be able to come back again real soon.”

“Oh my goodness !! I am a part time caterer and this place is 100% perfect !! Bellisimo. Catfish is fried just right. Seasons are just right, hush puppies are just right!! Absolutely perfect. “I live in South Florida and wanted an adult beverage upon my arrival. The Publican was clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Beer was cold and priced right. I will definitely make it back when I return to the area.”

“The drive through was stacked back around the building so I went inside expecting a long wait , but they actually got me out the door despite the big noisy crowd inside ! They chicken was cooked to perfection and had excellent taste ! I will definitely eat here again when I’m back in town for work !”

“While visiting my Dad for his 88th birthday in February I had the pleasure of stopping into this lovely market. The young lady at the register was pleasant and polite. Something that is missing in most businesses. My sisters were on a mission to find their "pecan rolls" to take to Seattle and Tampa. The market had a cacophony of delicious delicacies to choose from, too bad I wasn't buying that day. But when I go bad to Atmore, Alabama I will be sure to visit and purchase from that wonderful market.”

I love the atmosphere, the people, Great jukebox, cool TV bowling game that is fun to play, dart boards , amazing fun cool happy people and Kathy the bartender was super cool, fun, and great bartender. I really didn't want to leave. Good prices as well.”

“Kiara was amazing she was cooking and serving at the same time and we was a party of 15 she got everyones order right the first time. The only complaint I have is it didn't seem like her teammates wanted to help her any. I will be back again to deal with Kiara and Kiara only. She is a great asset to this location and should be treated as such. Best service I done had from a waffle house in years.”
