“We drove an 1hr+ to get there from Pensacola, FL. I waited years to visit this restaurant and finally had the time to do so on vacation.I'm so very glad I had the opportunity to go. The ambience was eclectic and homey and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food... was outstanding! My husband and I had the hush puppies, steak fries, top sirloin, ribeye, chocolate butter cake and pecan cheesecake. The only thing I had out of that entire list that I thought could use some improvement was the hush puppies - but honestly my top sirloin entree was so delicious, I didn't mind!! My highest compliments to the chef! I hope we'll be able to come back again real soon.“

“It's a great little hole in the wall with an awesome atmosphere and food. But our servers kept asking about closing early to I assume the owner, and probably told at least 10 people they can't make and don't have anymore sweet tea. This is the SOUTH. They wouldn't leave the poor owner alone to eat her dinner and see her family. All they seemed to care about was leaving. Nobody really wants to work, it seems anymore. Nett and her family were very polite and lovely, by the way. Also, one other complaint is the high chairs for children don't have the safety feature in the child's groin area to catch them. Also, could you please add mac and cheese to the menu for the kids. Other than that, I had a great time.“

“They only had wings for lunch and I’m so not a wing person. But my boyfriend is so he ordered them. Well… I guess that now I am a wing person. Best wings I’ve ever had. Well roasted with a smoky taste. Not the greasy version I’m used to. It’s a shame that we’re only passing through.“

“Kiara was amazing she was cooking and serving at the same time and we was a party of 15 she got everyones order right the first time. The only complaint I have is it didn't seem like her teammates wanted to help her any. I will be back again to deal with Kiara and Kiara only. She is a great asset to this location and should be treated as such. Best service I done had from a waffle house in years.“
