I have ordered from this location only a handful of times but the service and food has always been so good I prefer using them even though I live in East Gadsden.However, on my last visit, I'm not quite sure what happened - I ordered using the subway app for a group of friends and 3 of the subs were perfect! Friendly staff. Good food. Just missed the mark on our orders. Didn't double meat the outlaw sandwich as it should be made. Forgot to give us my daughter's cookies, even after all three employees repeated and asked what kind of cookies she wanted.
