“Easily could’ve been 5 stars, big wafflehouse fan. Food is great, service is premium, clean restaurant. The “salesperson” or whatever their job is supposed to be, Theo, is extremely unsettling. Stands in the middle of the restaurant doing nothing but staring at customers. Barely says a word and stands awkwardly close to customers in the waiting room. The cooks looked in good spirit, out waitress was perfect, but Theo seemed like they brought their personal problems into work today; they don’t know how to communicate with positive etiquette. Saying “ welcome to wafflehouse “ isn’t a job or customer service. Made the environment a bit weird but I won’t let that define the restaurant. Overall great experience still, would’ve been perfect without Theo.“
“This was a nice little spot to stop for a good cup of coffee and service with a smile as an out of Towner. It was clean and food was hot and correctly done. Even though they seemed a little slow they were happy to serve and help in spite of it. Customer Service and company standards were the same as if I was at my local waffle house. Keep up the good work.“
“Major props to the two that managed the entire dinner rush. They had it together, one one the grill and the other running around. I stood there very briefly waiting for my food and observed good teamwork and though it was crazy, I was impressed with how the lead managed everything, though she definitely should had at least one more employee them. Don't think people should be that stressed at work. I was impressed regardless and my food was delicious, thank you.“
“The food is delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. You feel welcome with that “down-home” feeling!! I can’t recommend any one thing. I wanted almost everything on the menu. We all love the “city grits” for one thing. Don’t forget the beignets!! We haven’t had anything that was not tasty.“
