My husband and I walked in and went to the restroom to wash up. Womens restroom had an out of order sign on the handicap stall. Hubs said a urinal had an out of order sign too. Went to the counter to order and found them rusty and empty. No longer offer wine and beer. Soda machines were “down” so only offered bottled beverages. Tables were dirty. The vibe was definitely not what it has been on our previous visits. Something is going on with this location and not in a good way. We left without ordering. Owner/manager needs to step up or this place will surely close due to lack of business. We used to love this place. Disappointed for sure…

They have several food options to choose from. The choices is not cheap compared to fastfood burger chains. But let say, healthier in some aspects. The service crew people are nice. The place is big and clean. The restroom is clean as well. They have indoor and outdoor tables and chairs. It is located short distance away from the Auburn University and near other restaurants and a pharmacy.

We were in town for Auburn baseball and run fest. Went to lunch at the Auburn location. It is not kept up very well. Food good. The stool I was sitting on apparently had broken pieces on it and when I got up it ripped a hole in my shoe. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Taylor, and she said ok. I had to tell her to take the stool out of the dinning room. Her response was as if it was no big deal. I’m sure if it were shoes and her money spent on the shoes she might have cared a little more. No matter how good the food is if customer service stinks then it’s a no go for future visits. Will not recommend

I honestly don't know how this location rates so high. We had the luxury of going to the Burgerfi in Montgomery last week so we decided to give this location a try today. How different could it be? From the moment we walked in we were "greeted" by an older woman with red hair who had to finish her texts/messages before acknowledging us as we stood at the register. She carried out that traditional condescending "bless your heart" attitude as she took our order. We ordered a chicken sandwich, burger, onion rings and the parmesan truffle fries. They had bottled drinks only and the tables were dirty but there were only 5 other people there and at least 5 employees... When our food was brought out, our $8 fries were COLD and had zero truffle oil. Such a disappointment after having them fresh at the Montgomery location. I ended my meal with a hair in my chicken sandwich. Needless to say, we will not be back at this location. The owner should also really crack down on the cell phone use. It was sad to see them glued at the frontwhile tables sat dirty.

First of all, they have two vegetarian options! A Beyond burger OR a veggie burger. This is amazing. Offering more than one vegetarian option! Only criticism is it would be ideal if they offered a vegan cheese option.I got the veggie burger and plain fries. Both were delicious. Great food, ambience and exceptional service! You won't find deliciously well crafted burgers anywhere else in town. Granted these burgers are very small compared to what you would normally find in the Auburn area, but the fries are to die for and the burgers themselves are phenomenal so if you're not super hungry and you want to go grab you a bite to eat the high-quality burger is your best bet. I'm pretty sure they close the location in Tigertown so the only one remaining is that CVS downtown in that little shopping center it is on the front side of Tzatziki.
Paid extra for the loaded fries and there was nothing loaded about them. Barely any sauce or topping. The tomatoes tasted dirty. Wings were dry. Burgers didn't have much flavor. Restrooms were dirty. Overall did not enjoy. Staff was great.

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for over an hour for our food. It’s game day in Auburn and so we expected a wait, but the staff is severely understaffed with only 2 in the kitchen and 1 making milkshakes/running the food out.We were hoping to get our food in a reasonable amount of time, but after an hour and no food in sight, we are going to leave and try to ask for a refund.This is totally unacceptable and I’ve never experienced a restaurant or food spot like this. I understand that the staff is doing their best to keep up, but this is just a disaster.Plenty of people are leaving the line. We are going to miss an event at 1 pm due to waiting (been here for over an hour thinking we would maybe be here for a maximum of 30 minutes).This is the worst experience and I’d like to make a suggestion - please staff accordingly due to the ebbs/flows of demand. Obviously game days should have more staff on hand to meet the demand.

Okay so on GameDay truck never came so we're out of alot of product . Ordered parmesan and herb fries upon receiving was told they had no herbs . Ordered bbq rodeo burger had no BBQ on it at all not even sauce then go to get desert and again no product . None of this was shared at time of order . Disappointment to say the least
