Met my daughter (an Auburn student) for dinner after a conference at the hotel. We had a lovely experience and will absolutely be back and recommend. We had a leisurely dinner, from the focaccia to splitting the crunchy chocolate dessert cake. Worst service we have had in years. Server never asked if anyone would like a refill, we had to ask each time after waiting prolonged time for her to return to the table. Server left empty dishes on the table after we had finished and ordered dessert. Dessert came out before they were cleared. Might be understandable if the restaurant had been full, sadly that was not the case. Because we were a party over 6 they added a gratuity. Generally add additional but not this time. Always an enjoyable experience! Lots of energy, excellent food, and the service is knowledgeable, engaging (as you want them to be), and efficient. It's a fun time! Also visit Picolo (the Jazz Bar) for a great Jazz experience!
