Clean, neat and tidy like all the other stores I've visited. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drink itself was good, however the boba was hard which in my experience, indicates it's not fresh. I was disappointed after being excited in finding a boba store so far from home! The boba situation didn't help sell the drink to my friends who live in Auburn. Oh well, a missed opportunity for a good first impression...
