We came in tonight and all drink machines ... including water machines were broken. We were told we could buy canned drinks but had to pay each time we needed a refill.

Dissapointing - I was hoping for some good handmade pizzas. It wasnt good -took way too long. My youngest had the meatballs and they were unseasoned reheated globs of weird looking meat. The sweet tea was enough to put you in a diabetic coma.

Short version of story: I ordered online at 6:00 and asked for the food to be ready at 7:00, but didn't get the food until 7:40. Longer version: I went into the restaurant a little after 7:00 and stood at the counter for about ten minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there. There seemed to be only three employees in the place, one of whom apparently wasn't doing anything. When the doing-nothing employee finally asked what I'd ordered, I said I was picking up an online order. He just said, "Oh," and walked away. When he eventually wandered back to the counter, he started ringing up everybody else in line (most of whom had come in after I had) and ignored me. I tried to speak to him again and he just walked away for the second time. I finally got another employee's attention and found out that they hadn't even made the food (at this point, about an hour and a half after I'd placed the order). Then I had to stand and wait some more while they fumbled around trying to find the order slip and prepare the food. During all this wait, the person who was taking orders and the person who was boxing the orders kept losing track of whose food was whose (do they have no system at all for labeling orders?). And after all that, the food was pretty underwhelming. Honestly, next time I want pizza, I think I'll just go to CiCi's. Their pizza may be on the low side of mediocre, but at least it doesn't take them an hour and a half to figure out an order.

Almost missed the place because sign lights were out. Had to wait a while, business was nonexistent. Not really sure the reason for the wait. Those were the reasons I took one star. Employees were pleasant. Place was fairly clean. Pizza very good and crust too! I got the pesto sauce and spicy sausage. Lots of choices but not like most pizza places where you get unlimited toppings. I could only choose 3 â€
