“Hey, me and close friend stopped by this location of Chick-fil-a to eat lunch since it relatively close by. I ordered the nugget meal with a purple passion-which included Hi-C and blue Powerade mixed together. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with a water and fries on the side. The cashier was great with asking if there was anything else we would like to add to our order or even upgrade the size of items. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well managed as far as tables being clean and enough space so that customers could be comfortable. Since Covid 19 , the establishment is still precautious about using disinfectant products which I feel is great due to other cases arising.“
“Was a bit disappointed in the usually fast drive thru experience. The car in front of me was at the window for 10+ minutes. The runner brought my order, but I could not exit because they did not have that car pull up to await their delayed order. There was a line behind me. By the time I was able to exit the restaurant, my food was cold, and my shake was melted.“
“Chick-fil-A is always great food and service right? ?? My partner stopped for breakfast but I wasn't eating before noon and fruit is the first thing I eat everyday so I just grabbed a medium fruit bowl. . . This isn't a complaint but just for reference the medium fruit bowl here is like the smallest quick grab cup at Publix ?Vegetarian options: They have fruit bowls, salads, and wraps(you can ask for no meat)“
“I'm a delivery driver, and wondering if you could you have chosen a worse location? There's 14 cars parked in the street right next to an intersection ?. I'm going to have to stop accepting orders from here. Just cancelled an order while at store bc there's no parking.“
“Great service and restaurant. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“
“Kind of surprised by the stars at this location. I've had good service and food every time I've eaten here. They have all the popular menu items. There are a few things that you can't get here. I like the egg white grill for breakfast and they don't have it at this location but there are plenty of other options for breakfast. This must recent trip, it was a short wait in line and my food came out almost immediately. I am sure I will eat here again.“
“Okay folks, for everyone saying "this location doesn't exist", be aware that it does exist, but it is actually just a "window" in the cafeteria at the Alabama Power Company headquarters building, and there is no exterior signage on the building. There is metered parking on the street or you can park in the deck about a half-block south on 18th Street. The cafeteria is open to the public; you enter at the main doors below the "Alabama Power" logo and you'll find the servery at the right rear area of the atrium, and there is ample comfortable seating in the well-lit atrium. (The elevators and other areas of the building are accessible by employees only.) The Chick-fil-A window is open only from 11am to 1pm, Monday through Friday.“
“This Chick Fil A has been very innovative in its use of curbside service, which is appreciated since it is not permitted by the city to have a drive through window.Parking: Parking is tight so watch out backing up. You may have to circle a few times during lunch hours.“
“I’m definitely going off on every negative comment i see compiled into one.#1 dude. Literally… pay attention when you’re putting in a mobile order it’s not that hard. Literally the app shows you a GPS of where the location is. Inverness is by target… Greystone is by wal mart…. Wow. Huh. That was easy. So don’t blame them cause you don’t know your locations. I don’t feel bad for you.#2 yeah yeah yeah. Drive thru speed is what chick fil a is known for. But people when it’s football season on Saturdays and it’s 10:25 and you decide to pull your lazy just got out of bed self into a already packed drive thru “wanting breakfast “ knowing darn good and well they stop at 10:30. That’s on you homie.Don’t be mad when you finally pull up to an overworked overstimulated 15 year old and can’t get a chicken biscuit cause you didn’t get out of bed till 10:15 didn’t do anything to make yourself presentable looking like Joaquin Phoenix in the beginning of the joker self. Get a sandwich and get on with your life. And finally#3 yeah. I’ve had my ups and downs with chick fil a myself been a fan of this location for years. Love the employees. Russell is fantastic. Corey is an amazing individual. But if I have a bad experience I’m not gonna take it out on a google review. Stop blaming this location for things YOU! Should’ve payed closer attention too. NO! I don’t feel bad for you. Their motto is my pleasure. They want your day to be better BECAUSE you came to chick fil a Greystone. Me however. I could care less about if your order was missing ONE sauce or whatever entitled complaint you Karen’s have. If that’s the worst thing that happens to you in a day! You must be truly blessed.RegardsOne very annoyed person.“
