Literally the app shows you a GPS of where the location is. Inverness is by target… Greystone is by wal mart…. Wow. Huh. That was easy. So don’t blame them cause you don’t know your locations. I don’t feel bad for you.#2 yeah yeah yeah. Drive thru speed is what chick fil a is known for. But people when it’s football season on Saturdays and it’s 10:25 and you decide to pull your lazy just got out of bed self into a already packed drive thru “wanting breakfast “ knowing darn good and well they stop at 10:30. That’s on you homie.Don’t be mad when you finally pull up to an overworked overstimulated 15 year old and can’t get a chicken biscuit cause you didn’t get out of bed till 10:15 didn’t do anything to make yourself presentable looking like Joaquin Phoenix in the beginning of the joker self. Get a sandwich and get on with your life.And finally#3 yeah. I’ve had my ups and downs with chick fil a myself been a fan of this location for years. Love the employees. Russell is fantastic. Corey is an amazing individual. But if I have a bad experience I’m not gonna take it out on a google review. Stop blaming this location for things YOU! Should’ve payed closer attention too. NO! “We'll start with the food... I had the 2 catfish fillets with fries and Mac and cheese and added 3 whole, lemon pepper wings. The catfish was fried great and the batter was on point. Not a ton of seasoning but I dipped it in their comeback sauce and it was a good compliment. The chicken was my favorite! The skin was super crispy and it was seasoned well! The Mac and cheese tasted homemade, it gets an 8/10 and there was nothing special about the fries. My wife had the tenders which had a sweet taste to them and they were phenomenal. They would pair well with the waffles which were also good and prepared perfectly, very light and fluffy. The establishment isn't bad. A little tight so not idea for big crowds. They were out of drink selections and we were never updated about our order. I did realize they make everything fresh but just kindly letting us know they are still working on it would have been nice. It was 7 of us and my total came to $127, but the portions were good so I'm ok with the price. I would give a 5 if the fries were seasoned, Mac and cheese had a bit more seasoning, fish was seasoned a bit more and the establishment was a bit more inviting. Maybe offering some "out-of-the- box" selections since everything is made to order. We'll definitely go back if we visit Birmingham! ??“
“Honey mustard sauce was great. Prices were reasonable. Glazed waffles weren’t too sweet but definitely didn’t need any more maple syrup for my taste. Maybe provide 2 honey mustard sauces instead of just 1 and remove one of the maple syrup packets.“
“I live about an hour away from the Birmingham Alabama location and I could drive there every single day and get some food as it is some of the best food I've ever eaten! I don't know if anyone will read this but my only piece of advice would be to put one in Jacksonville Alabama near JSU. I think business would boom!!“
“We eat at Guthrie's any chance we get! Had an appt in B'ham so took advantage and ate at the Guthrie's on Hwy 280. It's always good - but it was perfect this day. Nothing could have made it any better. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside with a perfect thin crispy coating on the outside! Same for the fries - and seasoned perfectly! The toasted bread as well - not too brown, but a little 'crunch' to the bite! The slaw was delicious as always. The entire meal was excellent. Please pass this on to your 'crew.' Oh, I had eaten at a burger chain a few days earlier and spent just about the same and there was NO COMPARISON! This place does NOT even have a warmer. Your food is always going to be FRESH and reasonably priced!“
“Hey, me and close friend stopped by this location of Chick-fil-a to eat lunch since it relatively close by. I ordered the nugget meal with a purple passion-which included Hi-C and blue Powerade mixed together. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with a water and fries on the side. The cashier was great with asking if there was anything else we would like to add to our order or even upgrade the size of items. The service was fast and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well managed as far as tables being clean and enough space so that customers could be comfortable. Since Covid 19 , the establishment is still precautious about using disinfectant products which I feel is great due to other cases arising.“
“Was a bit disappointed in the usually fast drive thru experience. The car in front of me was at the window for 10+ minutes. The runner brought my order, but I could not exit because they did not have that car pull up to await their delayed order. There was a line behind me. By the time I was able to exit the restaurant, my food was cold, and my shake was melted.“

My partner stopped for breakfast but I wasn't eating before noon and fruit is the first thing I eat everyday so I just grabbed a medium fruit bowl. . . “This was a wonderful surprise for lunch, as we just thought it a cute name when driving by.We came in to a counter full of people, who absolutely welcomed us and made us feel that they loved working there. One guy (manager/owner?) gave us a rundown on the general concept (chicken salads) and how to order. Other team members joined in, saying "...and you can get these on bread or lettuce." Great way to start the visit!We ordered and waited only a short time before being brought our food. We had a question / issue, and it was not only solved, but the team went beyond to help us feel like valued customers.The restaurant was clean and bright, making for a perfect mid-day meal after a long and busy wedding the night before. Perfect for us visitors needing something refreshing and recharging.“
“My brother somehow wound up going to this place with some friends and family after a graduation and afterwards he wouldn't stop gushing about the place, especially their fish (which I've yet to try). Everyone else said the place was good and the people were nice so I was excited to try them myself.I've eaten food from here three times and each time has not disappointed. I wait until I get home to eat and the food is always good and warm. Today I had the burger and the patty was so hot it steamed the veggies a bit on the way home. If that bothers you maybe ask for them to be separate? Anywho, it didn't bother me in the slightest and was delicious.Sis had beef nachos, she says they were delicious. Brother had a Philly cheese sandwich that he devoured before we even left the parking lot (good grief where does he put it???). I got pictures of neither but they both looked good!As for drinks, they sell canned drinks and I actually didn't know they had cup drinks until today. I dropped my cup in the car so I can't comment much else on that ?.Next time I'll try something different!Also, please note that in my pictures I didn't remember to take photos for a review until after I had already started eating or messed with my food. So both of the 10 piece wing plates are missing food and the burger and 6 wing combo had ranch and seasoning added to the fries. I tried adding captions but they kept getting deleted.“

The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.Recommend ordering on the app and picking up in store or getting curbside to avoid the drive thru, esp if you have anxiety or any agoraphobic tendencies related to driving“
“This is one of the best hot chicken restaurants in Birmingham.There are many students and many families. The taste is ok, but the parking lot and store are spacious, and you can choose spicy chicken, so I go often.I recommend hot for spiciness. It is spicy enough to satisfy most Koreans. Please note that it is a bit dangerous starting from damn hot.“
