EastWest is a chic Asian bistro in downtown Birmingham that consistently delivers great food, drinks, and service. Their grilled short ribs, similar to galbi/kalbi, and Thai lettuce wraps are customer favorites. The soft shell crab bao buns, Mongolian beef rice bowl, and tempura shrimp rice bowl are also excellent choices. However, the dining area can get quite loud due to the acoustics.
