I think they think "top shelf" means "really big" rather than premium ingredients. We ordered top shelf margs and they brought out these ridiculous sized margaritas that was mostly sugar for $16 each. I'm sure the profit margin is good for the business but not a very good drink for the customer unless you like giant glasses of lime kool aid with a splash of tequila. We looked at the menu online and went because of the picture of their veggie fajitas. Turns out, even though we clicked on Valleydale menu that is not a representation of their food. There are no carrots or zucchini in their veggie fajita as pictured. My daughter being a vegetarian didn’t eat because she didn’t want a fajita with just bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and squash. They need to change their menu to depict their food. We've eaten at El Jalisco a number of times now. It's been great every time - fresh, quality ingredients and good portions of delicious food. They also have reasonable prices. It hasn't been crowded either. Go see for yourself and enjoy.
