One of our chicken sandwiches was greasy, not crisp. The fries had no salt. The comeback sauce was either spoiled or was incorrectly made----the color was completely off and it did not taste right at all.
I try to love this place but it seems that everytime I go its very abvious that the lady taking orders hates her job; And I know I wouldn't want to work at jacks either but c'mon, its your job and you need to learn some good customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised for fast food, it was really good! I went for the free Big Jack from the app download. But was glad I did, and will again! Oh, and the shakes are awesome! Real ice cream!
