Took my dude out for dinner and he wanted Jim N Nicks. I'm not a big fan of barbeque but that's what he wanted. We were greeted with a warm welcome. However they didn't have what I wanted which was a potato baker, so we just got the 2 lbs ribs. The ribs were tough and they along with the baked beans were cold. Gotta say a big thank you to Jim ‘n Nick’s BBQ in Athens, GA. I drove through there, hoping to get the awesome sounding baked potato that is described on their menu. After ordering my kiddo’s chicken fingers, I asked for the potato only to be told they had run out of them for the night. 😞 when I pulled up to pick up our food,  the chef (Matt) had found out that I had really wanted a potato and so he gave me one for free. we always enjoy Jim n Nick's. we've been to the Tennessee locations so was our first visit to the Alabama location. Great space. good service. delicious burgers.
