Why isn't everybody at 6 Sixteen? First of all, I come to B'Ham about once per month and due to my work location I always stay at the Tut. At first I avoided this "hotel restaurant" but once I came here the first time, i always come back! The service, is amazing..family owned, service is INCREDIBLE. The Six Sixteen is in the historic Tutwiler Hotel in downtown Birmingham. It's a comfortable, pretty bar but has a fairly limited cocktail menu. It's close enough to DJD Theater to stop in for a drink and a bite to eat before the show and then walk to the venue.

The atmosphere here has a very cool vibe. I had the Angus burger. It was very good. Fries were also very good. My wife had the wedge salad and chicken wings. She very much enjoyed both of her choices.
