“I make a mobile order nearly every morning. I always choose curbside delivery, and they’re always out so fast! Every employee who has brought me my order has been kind and courteous. The speed is seriously unbelievable. This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. 10/10 service, food, and atmosphere.“
“Going to this Wendy's was a snap decision while doing a roadtrip. We never looked at the ratings it had (2 star) as we pulled up to order. Then we saw the menu was for breakfast at 1:45pm and at that moment the friendly Wendy's employee said something about coming out to change the menu over. My immediate thought was: "wait, are we the first customer for lunch?" and I pulled out my phone to check the ratings with Yelp. Upon seeing the rating I half considered aborting the mission. Anyway, we decided to roll the dice and ordered big bacon classic and cheese burger combos. The staff were friendly and the food was served quickly. The food was also fine. So it goes to show that the star rating is not always an indicator of what you're going to get. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star rating (instead of 5) is the confusion over the menu, but in all fairness this was a really minor issue.“

“I enjoy the Pilot Travel Centers. I shop at the one located at: 4416 Skyland Blvd East, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405. I find some great deal and sales there all the time. Only issue I have with them is the Rewards App vs the Rewards Card. In the app if you buy a fountain drink or a fountain coffee and scan the bar code on your phone the icon for a drink pops up in seconds, but if you use you card and buy a drink and then later look on the app, it doesn't show where you got the drink. On the app if you buy 9fountain drinks or coffees you get the 10th free. I was told to call the pilot customer center to fix it. Other than that small issue; I truly enjoy the deals I find at Pilot.“
“There is one young black lady in here with glasses who needs to be relieved of her duties. Her attitude is absolutely horrible and I see the way she treats customers. Her energy and spirit is bad. It doesn't take anything to be a nice person and if you wanna go home..go home. Other than that, the food here is amazing and all the rest of staff is very nice.“
“I often go here on my lunch break at work. Employees are always happy to see me and 0 complaints with the food. However, I hate the push towards drive-thru-ification of restaurants, and chick fil a is the most egregious. I walk to this location and have nearly been hit by large SUVs multiple times as there is zero consideration for pedestrians in the parking lot.Parking: No consideration is made for pedestrians. Walk carefully and be alert lest you get run down by someone driving too quickly without paying attention“
“Good food for the price and relatively fast service. Inside is always clean and so is the bathroom and that says a lot about the employees and management. Haven’t used the drive thru yet.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchair service and eating.“
“I got take out. I wanted one of the shakes but didn't see a list of flavors. I asked about flavors I liked, and the lady that helped me gave me two different options. She was patient with me and I can not stress how nice she was. Big Kudos! :-)“
