“I'm an Uber driver and I was picking up a customers order the member of the jacks team named Brittany was there with a man who was deaf she was very patient waiting for him to write down his order so he could pay. At no time at all did she act like it was a waste of her time she was smiling at him the whole time. That is what true customer service looks like and I hope Brittany never loses that quality because that kind of service keeps customers coming back.“
“Happened upon this place while in downtown Dothan and so glad we went it. Super cute atmosphere and vibes. We first tried the Wake Me Up martini and a dirty martini - both were yum!! There was an event upstairs so we didn’t get to check it out but will next time. Madeline was very friendly too!“
