Very happy with our to go order. Most restaurants lately are just pathetic with to go orders, can't get anything right, leave things out. So we were very happy that chili's not only got everything perfect, even the drinks, the food was fantastic, and service was very prompt and friendly.
I recently placed a takeout order at this location in Florence and was disappointed by the food. I received the wrong salad dressing and most of the food was overcooked. Additionally, the portion sizes were more like kiddy meals….imagine paying $15-$20 for a meal and having to eat a snack afterwards because the meal was neither satisfying nor palatable. I do not foresee eating here again.
