I've eaten at Panera quite a bit over the years with friends and was sorely disappointed in my breakfast sandwich this morning. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg Avocado sandwich. It comes on chibatta bread. The picture on the menu looks delicious. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the Panera Bread images. The sauce was only in the middle of a huge piece of bread as well as the tiny portion of chicken and even smaller portions of avocado. It was laughable...read full review

Probably won’t be back there for a while. $24 for a half a sandwich, small Mac n cheese, and a small drink. Then when I hit ‘no tip’ (I’m not tipping someone for taking my order), the cashier gave me a horrendous look. $24 for that and you clean up after yourself. No ma’am, I’m not tipping you for just standing there.

I really used to like Panara, but everytime we have gone to this one in Florence, the 'trying to be trendy manager' has a table claimed, where he comes and goes sipping coffee, there is next to no-one in the place, yet floors, tables, and booths are dirty and sticky. I mentioned it to the manager on the way out one time and he said, "thanks I'll take care of that" yet nothing ever changed.I have also had some pretty rude staff when I've tried the drive thru.
