Jacks on East Meighan need to do better this is highly unsatisfactory and unsanitary. I have no idea whom the worker is that was eating this however; you all should have known better ! This shrimp nachos with chips on the counter being eaten by someone .This is highly unacceptable. I went in to order with my son and we saw this . I went through the drive-thru and ordered a ham biscuit combo with cheese grits instead of hashbrowns and a large coffee. My biscuit and ham were both burnt, the top on my coffee wasn't closed down all the way, I wasn't offered any cream/sugar/jelly and I didn't receive a receipt.

My girlfriend and I went out to get some chicken tenders. The woman working the drive thru explained the combinations (dinner, snack, combo) pretty well. We asked for two sweet teas with lemon, but we were told they were out of lemons. When we picked out our sauces (ranch and comeback), we were told that they were also out of ranch.
