My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. It's not really a fair review, I just went through the drive-thru. The reason I gave them a 4 star rating was the wait in line. One car had a large order and it took longer than it should have to get out.Parking: There always seems to be ample parking at Jacks.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available and usually there is a space available. The ramp is right next to the parking spots.The only problem for wheelchair bound individuals is actually getting in the door.

Jack's in Hokes Bluff is always great! We usually go in the morning, but anytime we go the food and service is great and it's never overcrowded. Good place to sit down and have a good meal with family or friends ?.
