Helena's best places for Mexican cuisine are in our list.
“Location is great; however, the app could use some modification to make it friendlier. Had put order in, then it questioned whether I was signed in; then it wanted password update; then started over; then it defaulted to a different location which wasn't immediately obvious, so ended up having to cancel payment and reorder for the right location. It was a time-consuming pain! I've used the app many times before, and this isn't the first time I've had problems.“
“This is one of our go to mexican places, as there are many in the area. They're all pretty similar and some are slightly better than others. This one is reliable. The prices are a little higher than others.Parking: fineKid-friendliness: good“
“I love this food truck! I usually visit this truck when it is behind Railroad Park. This food truck is very authentic and they even made me a vegetarian meal so they are very accomodating. I got two veggie tacos and they were so good. They also serve two different sauces in squeeze bottles in case you want more. They are only behind Railroad Park on the weekdays and they close pretty early so sometimes I can't make it there after class because they'll be closed by then. Overall they did a very good job, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted very good.“
“We moved to Pelham a year ago and I was so disappointed in every Mexican-style restaurant we tried (we tried 7+) UNTIL WE FOUND THIS ONE!!!!!! The service is incredible, the food is by far the best (their menu is unbelievable), they never skimp you on tequila in their margaritas (as all the other places around here seem to), the prices are PHENOMENAL!! I could go on and on about all of my positive experiences here. Do yourself a favor and get the Fresh Guacamole, it’s the best I’ve had. I don’t understand how this place isn’t packed all the time.“
“Service was excellent. Great family place with fun decor. But the food was mediocre, and the margaritas were super weak. The mole chicken was just flavorless cooked chicken with mole sauce poured over just before serving. The fajitas had almost no vegetables, just meats. Lots of people like it, but it's not for me.“
“This is absolutely authentic. I taste Jalisco every bite!! I can't believe this place exist in the middle of nowhere and they are from my 2nd home. They have made some shuttle changes for Americans but the bulk of the food is totally authentic...heaven.DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend“
“Always great food. The best frozen lime margaritas ever. The chips and dip are excellent. Lately it’s been a little spicier which I like , the cheese dip and guacamole are excellent too , they make the chips in house. The bacon wrapped shrimp are one of our favorites. We get them to melt butter and dip it in there.i love the steak fajitas. Sometimes I get steak chicken and shrimp. The enchilada are good as well as tacos. Bertha and Moises are so friendly as is all of the people there.“
“A wonderful find. The workers (all male) were so nice, helpful and attentive. The food was delivered quickly. My chicken burrito bowl was perfect and very fresh. The portion was just right. The trio (guac, queso, salsa)sauce tray was a great appetizer for the table, none to waste. The restaurant was clean and open air. When in The area, we will definitely revisit.“
“Had a great dinner, with quick and friendly service during peek hours. Highly suggest the sarrapas, and chicken chimichunga!Kid-friendliness: They didn't mind our kids and lots of families were presentWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible seating and parking available“
