“Very good tacos. Our favorite was the Asada, followed by the Pastor. The seasonings on the Asada was awesome. Didn't even need sauce or salt. The Chorizo, Campechano, and Pollo were just average. The salsas were pretty good, not a ton of depth, but not bad either. If you like a mild green salsa, their salsa verde is quite nice. The tacos are served with radishes and grilled onions. The tacos are small, but quite moist and tasty. I would typically eat 3 or 4.Their Gorditas are pretty good too. The only one I've had was the Aldilla (steak rubbed in chili). It was alright.We also tried the Chicharron Preparado, which was totally new to me. It seems like it is a Mexican snack, it kinda reminded me of a taco salad. The cueritos (picked soft pig fat) on it must be an acquired taste. It reminded me of pickled jello vinegar lol.We got the piña drink, it was nice. The desserts are quite authentic as well. We had the Ferrero Rocher ice cream with M&M's. Very fun environment too. ?“
“Always great food. The best frozen lime margaritas ever. The chips and dip are excellent. Lately it’s been a little spicier which I like , the cheese dip and guacamole are excellent too , they make the chips in house. The bacon wrapped shrimp are one of our favorites. We get them to melt butter and dip it in there.i love the steak fajitas. Sometimes I get steak chicken and shrimp. The enchilada are good as well as tacos. Bertha and Moises are so friendly as is all of the people there.“
“Wife wanted to try this taco truck last night about 815pm while we were out, knew it'd take a min to get over there, long story short, got there 3 mins b4 9pm [when it says they close].. was expecting them to be closed. No sir! Wifey ordered and we went home and ate it! Super good. Super authentic. Super cheap. Just found our new fave taco truck n hoover!I got 2 chorizo tacos & she got Birria tacos & Sumn else she had alrdy scarfed down b4 I arrived back to the house lmao all for $18Go dos andy!“
“Well deserved 5 stars, unfortunately I forgot to take photos but I assure you that we enjoyed it 100%.Our waitress was Esmeralda and she treated us wonderfully.The freshly made handmade tortillas are a plus, our orders were:-Chile stuffed steak.-Mixed fajita (exquisite shrimp).-Grilled chicken.-Roast meat.-Taco asada from the kids menu.The food dishes were plentiful and delicious.I recommend it with my eyes closed.“
“I have been coming here forever, and now I come with my in-laws, who have been coming forever, and it’s always been a nice place to eat. The food is yummy and fast. The atmosphere is very festive! And, barring a few exceptions, staff is always super sweet. I don’t partake, but I’m told the margaritas are wonderful and a great price.Kid-friendliness: They were very accommodating of my toddler being very curious of the decor everywhere and running around to check it out.“

With countless options such as campechano,tinga, and chorizo,this perfect little stop will put you on the baño in record time and back in line for more. Bite after bite you'll want to try their sweets selection too! From donuts to churros,this is the best thing to come from that country other than their strong hands and roofing capabilities. The horchata touched my insides like mi señorita never has before. You want comida deliciosa? Vamonos a Gordo's!“
“I've drove past their food truck by the Shell on 280 so many times, decided to try them out. The prices are really cheap. Food was extremely fast. Flavors were amazing! They are open from 10am-10pm. I will definitely be back. They have a tent on the side if you want to sit and eat too. I bought 2 and after one bite wanted to go back and get more“
“I went to the gas station for some drinks and could not ignore the smells coming from the kitchen and not to mention the long line of people waiting for their order. We bought a pork torta to share while we went up to oak mountain and it was sooo delicious. I will be coming back for sure.“
“We moved to Pelham a year ago and I was so disappointed in every Mexican-style restaurant we tried (we tried 7+) UNTIL WE FOUND THIS ONE!!!!!! The service is incredible, the food is by far the best (their menu is unbelievable), they never skimp you on tequila in their margaritas (as all the other places around here seem to), the prices are PHENOMENAL!! I could go on and on about all of my positive experiences here. Do yourself a favor and get the Fresh Guacamole, it’s the best I’ve had. I don’t understand how this place isn’t packed all the time.“
