Overall, the service was good but not spectacular. Both Arby's & McDonald's employees seemed to have an "entitled "air". A lot has changed since I was there. Furthermore, commented on the floor, both places. Noticed both have a steady drive-thru flow. Maybe customers KNOW what the interiors are like, this they use drive-thru.
Good food and as one would expect. Clean but the dining room was cold due to a/c being on and it was in the low 40s outside. But it was a good experience overall. I've been an Arby's fan for years.
