Great customer service just there for a doordash pickup

Food good tastey. Just way over priced. The two of us ate for @39.00. Chicken fingers and fish should not cost that much for 2 people. We ate at Rosies and got more food for less. Zaxby would be much less. I have not complaints about the service. Unless we were overcharged.

Really disappointed with my experience here. It seems like the owners have given up on this place. I am not sure if there were more people but I only say 2 people working for lunch. The cashier was helping with making the food and taking the orders. I had a online order to pick up and that took a while. I ordered a southwest shrimp burger and deep fried Oreos. Both were not good. The bun was dry and didn’t have and lettuce or enough ghost peeps mayo. The fried Oreo tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. Mac and cheese was half filled.

The inside of this place is really nice, loved the music and overall vibe. My takeout order came out fast and the staff were friendly during the tail end of lunch rush. The crybaby hot sauce (the least spicy they offer) has more heat than I was expecting, and is absolutely delicious.

This place was very good and full of flavor. From the moment you walk in you can smell it’s going to be good. I had the shrimp burger.

Deliciously spicy and flavorful chicken. I would recommend getting the “Stop Drop and Roll” spice level. It’s enough to make your nose a little runny, but it’s not overwhelming where you can’t enjoy it.

Got the chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. I thought this was a quick order place, but it is not. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for them to cook your food. Nothing wrong with then cooking to order obviously, just don't expect a quick in and out experience.

The chicken was good. The fries were cold. The person who prepared our 4 servings of fries had to know they were not fresh and hot or even warm. If you eat here, don’t get the cold fries. If you want fresh and hot fries, eat somewhere else.

The flavor and selections were top notch. The spice level on the chicken wasn't as high as some spots in Nashville, but it was very enjoyable. Side of beans was also real good!

I should have taken a picture. This place was great. Chicken can be normal to really hot depending on your taste. I had chicken tenders because I was not crazy hungry and they were breaded but mostly chicken. I got the mid level hot and was still warm two hours after eating. This place is not close to my normal spots but I would definitely go back.

Looks can be deceiving. On first glance it appears too small to go in. But once inside you are greeted with a large menu board and counter. Ordering is quick and easy with a fair bit of variety available. We ordered a fish sandwich (sammich), an order of gizzards and fries, and a chicken sandwich. We got a side of Cole slaw and one of collard greens. We got the chicken with their Cry Baby seasoning and the whitefish sandwich with their Stop, Drop and Roll seasoning. I'll give them three stars because it's a nice place and the food was good. I personally didn't care for their seasonings. I like hot, but this just seemed to be made of red pepper and not much else. It wasn't really very creative. It was a bit hot, but it wouldn't go away overwhelming the meal. It really was a hindrance to the flavor. I'd prefer a harder hitting heat, but not lingering to where you have to cleanse your palette to enjoy the taste of the next bite. As someone that savors the various flavors of a dish and how they are worked together, I've never been a fan. If it is your thing, enjoy. I want to savor the punch and then move on to the next bite. Oh and it's Alabama, the only appropriate fish for the sandwich is catfish. More meaty and better flavor. I'd give the fish two stars, service four stars, the chicken three and the gizzards three. The actual most creative thing was the spicy fries. Here the seasoning really added something without overwhelming. Not a bad place, but the seasonings need some adjustment. Next time I'll try the Rambo level.

Awful!!! It's obvious my food was somewhere between the heat lamp and trash can. Guess my timing was perfect because they sold it to me. Well, its in the trash now!

Very polar experiences two day in a row. The first time we came here for work lunch, the sandwiches were perfection. The fries were too spicy for this basic white girl but I'm not going to ding them for it. The next day though, the chicken sandwich had like a weird mix of mystery meat. The bun was cold. The chicken itself wasn't very juicy. The fries were stale. Very weird.

Best place to get Nashville Hot Chicken in town! The Hot Mess Chicken Sandwich is my favorite. Tip: If you order online, your food will typically be ready at least 5 minutes before the time they give you.
