Best and most authentic Mexican food, in addition to best quality of food, I’ve experienced here in Huntsville. I’m from El Paso and Los Angeles where Mexican food is outstanding. The Chef at Tulum combines flavors that are genuine to the food culture and meat cuts are quality. I’m super picky about meat and thoroughly “inspected” my meal the first time. It was perfect!! Amazing food. Better than all the Mexican restaurants near by. We had the taco plate and carne asada mesquite plate and it was perfect. Great flavor and cooked to perfection. Best place we've found since moving here from AZ. We will be back:

My first visit was very nice. Staff was attentive to our requests and food was tasty. This is an American style Tex-mex, low in spice and heat, but well prepared and portioned. A gluten free diner can find some tasty bites for a nice meal. Tulum is in our go-to list of casual dining.
