Super friendly staff. The ice cream is amazing as always. These young teens are doing what a lot of adults can't seem to do these days, actually showing up to work! And with a smile! Keep up the good work guys!
So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the ice cream that shouldn’t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag!

It's Cold Stone, and it's fine. I mean, you know what you're getting into (or should): a long line, lots of confused people who don't understand the menu, teens doing the best they can dishing out sugary sweets, toddlers running around screaming while their parents ignore them... Unfortunately, every time we've been they've been out of critical ingredients (like, half the ice cream flavors, random fruit, etc.) and it's been a challenge to just select something to eat.
