Oil is used, yet Taco Mama is one if very few places my wife and I are comfortable eating out (in terms of what is put in the food).Vegetarian options: Reasonable and pretty good - not just a bowl of lettuce

Gluten Free!They don't do a very good job of telling you how great of a job they do.We've lived here for years and can only eat at places that are able to accommodate a gluten allergy.This Taco Mama staff fully understood our concerns and ensured the kitchen staff knew we were ordering for someone with an allergy.My wife is highly sensitive and cannot even walk into a pizza place. My daughter's favorite eatery, and I understand why. Service is great. The food was fabulous and fast. The atmosphere is casual for the time of year. It'd be nice to go back when it's warm enough to sit outside.We built our own burrito. They were huge! And delicious. Just enough chips come with, so a side of cheese and guacamole, and we were set.
