Really this is how you deliver pizzas?? The pizza guy wasn’t friendly even though i tipped 20% and the pizza came looking like this. And what even is that on the cheese side of the pizza??

I went to the store on Zierdt Rd. in Huntsville to pick up my order, but they would not accept my cash payment. I could not get the food I ordered. No one told me that they could not accept a $100 bill. I ordered almost $30 in food and had planned on leaving a tip. The customer service was horrible. I reached out to customer support and no one reached back.

Food was wrong, they attempted to fix by adding the missing topping which would have done nothing to remove the toppings that were incorrectly added. Asked for refund and was denied even though the food had not been touched and was clearly wrong. No offers of apology or other options for correcting the issue were made. Plenty of denial of not messing anything up came from the cooks though. Would not recommend wasting your money here.

They have recently not been putting in any effort into the pizzas being made. I paid extra to add toppings onto my pizza, and they literally put the bare minimum. There were some slices without any toppings at all too. Personally, I think if I am paying extra for more toppings, I should be able to get at least one topping in each bite.

I ordered a large traditional crust pizza. The crust was super thin it fell apart and was non existent. Pizza was overall horrible. Waste of money.

Overall average experience. I always feel pretty bad after eating here and have had to stop as kid got sick last two times in a rowUpdate: Went back after about 4 months with someone else. All 3 of got sick. Would avoid this location entirely

Made my order from the parking lot. Then, went inside to see how my food was prepared. They do not use gloves while graving the ingridients, answering the phone, money, etc. The manager was making dough and then, answered her phone. Later she left to the back, came back and did not see her wash her hands between prep. Actually, noone did. The place, the employees and food are nasty.

It's a dumpster fire of an operation. Takes them 30 minutes to even put orders in the oven, sometimes. then it'll sit for 20 minutes after it comes out before it gets sent out for delivery. If you try to call them you'll sit on hold for an hour and never get put through to talk to someone. Orders constantly show up wrong. Just an absolute awful location.
