Firstly, it took almost 7 minutes for someone to take my order. I waited another 5 minutes to pay and then another 4 minutes to get my order!! After all that, they gave me the wrong drink. I was still at the window when I informed the person and they told me they couldn't take the drink back and made me wait at another window (2) to get the correct drink. 5 cars got there orders, but I was still waiting for my drink. I went back around to let them know I was still waiting and they told me to go to the next window. I did, and waited another 5 minutes.....no one came. I left, but by that time my french fries were cold. They have some awful workers there and I think one of them was the manager that told me to go to another window. Awful, Awful service. If there was a closer McDonalds to where I live, I would never go back to this location. You take your chances here.................

No chicken on my chicken deluxe sandwich. Lol yum, a lettuce tomato and mayo sandwich, my fave!!! Super awesome experience— I absolutely LOVED paying $10+ for bread and toppings!!!!

Rude employees, food was just thrown together, had peices of what I assume are burnt on flat top grill rements on burger, nuggets were greasy and undercooked, hands down worst McDonald's I have ever been to.

Management sucks! I stood here 15 minutes waiting on a doordash and the manager looked me in my face 10 times and ignored me. mShe even comes over after 10 minutes and says…DOORDASH?? No greetings or nothing. I can’t expect the employees to show good customer service when the manager is horrible!! Do better!

I waited close to 12 minutes for my food. The fries were good. However, the quarter pounder wasn't. The bun wasn't soft, cheese hardly melted, and burger was luke warm.Update: I went back and again the wait was long. I asked for bbq for my son chicken nuggets and didn't receive the sauce. They were out of bbq sauce. Instead of asking if I wanted a different sauce, their solution was not to say anything and not give us any sauce. The filet of fish was cold and bun wasn't soft. Only positive is the sweet tea was good.

They need to learn how to work the headset. EVERY time I come here there is a problem! I’ve been sitting in line since 11:13 and it’s now 11:40. Don’t waste you time trying to get lunch because it’s always a crapshow!?
