“The first time we went here, we were just looking for a place to eat close to Bass Pro for lunch. The food was great plus we like local versus chain establishments. I wanted to go to Bass Pro today, so this time, I planned it around on so we could eat lunch at Rustys again. Highly recommend the pulled pork, spicy beans, and coleslaw made with vinegar.“

“Had lunch here yesterday while shopping and loved it! I had the pulled pork plate with fries and mac & cheese for sides! It also came with 2 slices of white bread and pickles. The food was brought out super fast and was smoking hot! The meat was seasoned and already had some sauce on it, and the extra cup of sauce they brought had a bit of heat/spice to it - super good! Was very pleased all around!!“

“This is one of the good BBQ stops that you read about. The Memphis style pulled pork sandwich was dynamite with the right combination of slaw and pork. Fresh hand breaded chicken fingers and plenty of options for sides. Its an established restaurant and will be around based on the traffic I saw coming in during a non-rush time.“
“Alabama if you’ve never had whole hog bbq then Rodney Scott’s is a must. The bbq had the right amount of vinegar on it and it just melts in your mouth. The cornbread and collards were awesome. The potato salad and baked beans were good. The banana pudding was good. I highly recommend this place if you want awesome “
