I don’t know if we hit them on an off night— but the food was terrible. My wife had pulled pork that may have been the driest material on the face of the planet. Historically, I pull fat off brisket when I eat barbecue but Bark & Barrel does brisket so well I eat it as is. The first time I came it was right before close but the staff didn't treat us like we were an imposition, even though we were. We left quickly so they could go home and forgot to get barbecue sauce but the food was so good it didn't REALLY need it. My husband and daughter had a positive experience previously at this place, so we decided to check it out. Although, we weren’t greeted, the staff was helpful to my husband. The food is good and the restaurant was clean.
