Treating fresh local ingredients so well and not over complicating the plate is a rare thing. Most chefs try to show you how "cheffy" they are. Get the Carolina Gold Rice with the Blue Crab. It's the perfect dish. Fresh Crab, the rice is perfection and would make southern food enthusiasts like Sean Brock ask for seconds. We'll done!”

One of the owners came to our table and checked on us to make sure we were being taken care of, which we were. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!”

“My fiancée and I ate here for the first time last night. The entire experience was utterly fantastic. We were there with a large social group who meet once a month at different restaurants in Mobile and Baldwin counties. There are always going to be challenges with a large group, and we have had some downright awful experiences; this was the exact opposite. The servers were super friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who does. They are also very serious about allergy issues, with a dedicated fryer AND a dedicated boiler for gluten free noodles. I also got to speak briefly with the owner, Tyler (spoilers: he’s a nice guy and a great chef). He brought me a sample of a dish they are working on because I’d seen it on their FB page and asked him about it. We will 100% be back to eat here again, and we recommend everyone else come eat too.”

We almost didn't go back but I'm glad we did.
They fully redeemed themselves this time.
It started with the greeting as we walked in and only got better as things went along. Showtime was one of the best servers we've seen in a long time anywhere we've eaten and Morris is a grill operator extraordinaire. They got our order right despite the fact that we had difficult special requests and are extremely exacting.
We will definitely be returning and probably sooner than later.

“Drive from Bay Springs MS to Mobile for supper last night. Found the restaurant through an internet sesrch, with no prior knowledge. Walked in, was seated immediately. The waitress was very pleasant and took our order and brought our drinks immediately. Bread and salad was out quickly, when that was finished, the main course was there. All very efficient and quick. The wife got a ribeye, medium well, it was grilled to perfection with a good smoky flavor I had fried shrimp, onion rings and sweet potato casserole. They came with cocktail, tartar and comeback sauces. Shrimp were fried to perfection and I think this may have been the best onion rings I’ve ever had. Generous portions. And when we got our bill, it did not break the bsnk. Very reasonable. Would not hesitate to go back or to recommend this place to anyone. Great experience.”

But we wanted a good steak and nice night out and thought we would give it a shot. I wish I could give 10-stars. We ordered several appetizers and a couple entrees and every dish was delicious. And our steak did not disappoint, perfectly cooked and very tasty. But I think the best part of our evening was the service. And not just from our server, Carli but the everyone we encountered was just wonderful. I wont go into all the details, but they made our night very special and we will not forget it. THANK YOU”

“If you find yourself in The Living Room in Mobile, Alabama you owe it to yourself to try the burger. It is melt in your mouth amazing. I had planned to only eat half and take the rest back to my hotel fridge to have the next day for lunch. However, after one bite it was suddenly my cheat day! Ohmygoodness! My next thought as I savored this culinary masterpiece was to at least save the fries for another meal. Nope! They were decadent! I am diabetic, so I fought the urge to eat them all. I did however leave them at the bar for those having a drink because it’s blasphemous to leave anything that delicious to get refrigerated and reheated, much less thrown away.
I will say they could use more servers and bar tenders when it’s busy, because I did have to wait, but I kind of forgot all about that once I tasted the burger!”

It was so unique to experience something rarely featured at wedding festivities. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding guests on what to try based on their likes/dislikes. They prepared chicken hibachi for the non-sushi consumers as well. I had some of it ALL! Definitely recommend-5 out of 5!”

We had ordered appetizers drinks and steak with sides, all kinds of stuff truthfully. Everything was cooked good the only complaint I have was when I ordered steamed broccoli as a side for my steak they gave me one fresh container of broccoli bright green and the rest of our containers were all dark brown like the broccoli had been sitting for a while. That is the only complaint I have everything else was awesome”

Look at the picture. The things worth a buck at most, not $5. I do like how your app order is locked in a warmer and when you get there you just scan in and it unlocks and you grab your order. So you can just grab and go, unless you order a refrigerated brownie lol.”

I haven't tried them all, but the ones I have had are a 10 out of 10 every single time (roasted pork, grilled pork, grilled chicken, beef, and egg are the ones I've had so far). Everything about these sandwiches - the bread, the veggies, the meats, and condiments - are always so fresh and delicious. Pretty sure they make all the bread there which is a huge plus as well. You can tell they care a lot about what they do.
