TJ called from Montevallo location and left message that, due to no delivery drivers, our order could not be delivered. She said we could call back to let her know what to do but when you call the # (I called 8 times), no 9nr answers. Guess we will use Hungry Howies from now on. Ridiculous that we live 6 miles from the Alabaster location and 8 miles from Montevallo and we have to get orders from Montevallo. My patience with Pizza Hut has finally ended. I don’t care to leave reviews, because after 20+ years as a F&B manager I realize craziness happens in the food service world. But this was really sad service or a glitch. I placed order at 7:42pm online. Online confirmed my order, and tracker showed order placed, and then order baking. I got busy and realized 2 hours had gone by and no pizza.
