“This is the most amazing icecream place I've ever been to. I literally dream of this place at night. We drive 1.5 hours just to come here. The owners are the most compassionate, helpful and lovely people on earth. All the staff wants you to leave happy. The facility is clean. There's absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place. All the icecream is fresh, flavorful and I have not found a bad flavor yet.“
“The worker Heidi is AMAZING. She ran the driver thru, made the orders perfect and answered the phone line the first ring. She made our banana splits as if she knew us personally. She didn't want our order to melt so she took the time to put the warm sauce on the side without requesting. Thanks for your great customer service!!!!“
“We used the drive-thru to order blizzard drinks. The line of cars was fairly long, but moved steadily. But when we got up to being the 2nd car from the window, the car ahead of us received their order but couldn't pull away. There were 2 cars in front of them who were waiting for orders to be brought out to them, and they couldn't or wouldn't pull up far enough to let the cars behind them pull out if the line once they got their orders. DQ needs a better place to have people wait if their order are going to take a long time.“
“I can't imagine a negative review of this place unless someone just doesn't understand that people don't want to work these days so everyone is short handed. I go here all the time and feel bad that this is the first review I've written to give them props. It's not always super fast (no fault of their own) but they are always very polite and professional. Again things aren't always perfect because they're human but this is the one place where you can still go and they will me it right. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The service and great attitudes of the workers makes me feel like I'm at a 5 star restaurant. No I'm not an employee or even affiliated in any way, just surprised to get old fashion service this day in time.“
“Moonshot is the perfect stop — always fun and upbeat! Outside of the fantastic staples, there’s on rotation seasonal flavors. Makes for a fun surprise! Also, the best wine selection. Love the “No es pituko” chardonnay and “Metamorphika” orange!“
“Omg! An absolute hidden gem! The smoothies ( I like to get the cucumber smoothie and add strawberries. Sounds gross, but TRUST ME...IT IS AMAZING!) are off the chain and the corn in a cup is absolutely heaven! If you haven't been here yet you are truly missing out on some authentic Mexican food, candy, and ice cream!“
“A Tuscaloosa staple that is always delicious. I’ve never had a bad snow cone here… in fact, I’ve always had the absolute best snow cones here. The guys running it are top notch, nice folks. I drive from Northport to visit Summer Snow, and I’ll continue to do that.“
“Absolutely and unequivocally BUSSIN. Highly recommend getting some ice cream here! Great selection of flavors and cookies. Prices were fair and average for the business. Very clean inside. We got to sample different flavors before settling. Finished it in like 5 minutes despite my lactose intolerance, it was that GOOD! Absolute fire “
“They called like an hour before my pickup time to let me know that they were out of certain cookies. I live about 40 minutes away, so glad that called and told me. My order was exactly as a requested. They gave me the collector's boxes that I wanted. Nice location, but it's a busy area.“
“Apparently, Ingram Farms had a location in Tuscaloosa too but just closed. However, they still have a Northport location.I was told they have the best produce so I had to check it out!Now maybe I came at the wrong time, on a Sunday morning in mid-October, but there was close to no produce, what little they did have was frozen, but they had a large selection of pumpkins! So while I was very disappointed in the produce, what we did find, and LOVED, was their Blue Bell Ice Cream!O-M-Double G!!!!Don't come here if you're on a diet! Fair warning. Not only was it friggin delicious, rich, creamy and packed with flavor, it was so affordable! I don't want to use the word "cheap" to describe it, because it was anything but!We, my partner and I, shared a "small" with a scoop of red velvet cake and cookies and cream. I use the word "scoop" lightly because it was more like a shovel! But I'm not complaining! It was massive! ...and about $3.00, maybe under! So, although we won't be coming back for the produce, we'll sure be back for ice cream! ...oh, and crawfish, heard that was really good too!“
