Best Mexican food in Tuscaloosa County. I'm from Arizona and kind of gave up on finding anything that tasted like home here. Then a friend showed me this place and it was like a little bit of the loneliness went away. Staff are super nice and the space feels great.I can be super judgy about these places because I grew up making Mexican food. If I can cook better than what I ordered at home its not worth the money. This was my favorite spot when located on Watermelon Rd so I was excited to see it had opened in a new location until my experience tonight. I've never had such horrible service and the food was to put it nicely disgusting. Extremely disappointed. Seemed like a cover for maybe behind scenes business. I only give one star because it's the only way I could post my review. Also, never accuse someone of not being able to pay when all three of us are employed at Mercedes!! RUDE AF

My first time there and probably last. I didn't like the salsa. I ordered enchiladas and they were very wet and barely filled with ground beef. I've had enchiladas everywhere else and have never had ones like these. No cheese on them- just not good. And topped with lettuce and carrots and bell pepper. I had two small so called enchiladas and rice and beans and it was about $12- too much. The menu was hard to understand for us. I mean I couldn't even find tacos on the menu.
