“Everyone should have an Elmer's in their neighborhood. The food is always great and there are always homemade pies and desserts. Their squash casserole is the best in the world and the service is awesome. Of course, it is a buffet but they have take-outs, and "sweets" and desserts that can be sold extra. The folks there treat you like family.“

“The food was great. Spicy could have been even spicier for us. Everyone was asking where we got it from when we went back to the Tuskegee University campus for parent weekend. It's a take out only place, so don't expect to sit and eat.“

“I try to support local businesses so Stopped by for some wings while I was in town to see my Dad. Service was good, very friendly. The lady taking my order could tell I had never been there but she treated me like family. Nobody shows love like southern black folks ! Good atmosphere, lots of tv's to watch sports. I bet it's crazy in there when the big games are on. Music playing. The wings and fries were fresh and price was reasonable. They have several flavors to choose from as well. Support local business, support Skegee !“

“Tuskegee is a hidden gem. Quaint little town with a super clean and neat historice district. The George Washington Carver Festival was fun. My son even made a new friend, a nice retired Vietnam veteran who took the time to sit with him and share memories over lunch.“

“We came for lunch. This is truly supporting a local business. There is no menu. The food is buffet style with several types of meats, sides, and desserts. We each had the bbq chicken-mine with collard greens, bread, and sweet potato-my SO’s with macaroni and cheese and fried okra. Lunch was good! I would also recommend the greens and the sweet potato (they were not listed below for me to recommend).Parking: Parking is next to the building.“

“Food was excellent: burger was juicy, fresh, and just as I ordered it; the fries were fresh, hot, and crispy. I’m giving only 4 stars and not 5 because the tables were dirty. Keep an eye on that in the future and this is a 5 star place, in my opinion.“
