It doesn't look like much, it actually looks kinda sketchy, but we are a biracial couple and they were nothing but nice to us. They focus on bbq, so if you want a selection of other stuff you won't find it here! They focus and perfect the BBQ ❤️❤️ go there seriously“

“This has to be the very very best southern barbecue we’ve ever eaten. We are extremely picky. Everything is so fresh and all homemade. Even the bread ( I believe ). The pound cake is most definitely home made AND it’s every bit as delicious as my mum’s homemade pound cake. Their sauces are home made, the coleslaw with a touch of relish makes it special. The portions are HUGE!! The prices are not outrageous. We will be back here to camp at Frank Jackson state park and will look forward to eating at Hooks again. Wow what a great barbecue!!“
