“We got there at 9pm, thinking they closed at 10. They close at 9:30 on Sundays. They were SO kind to us. The owner/manager came out to our table to make sure everything was to our liking, our waitress was amazing. We got the red snapper, surf and turf, sushi, lobster Mac and firecracker shrimp. Everything was delicious. The macaroni by itself on the surf & turf plate was the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Lobster Mac was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked. The fish was the best I’ve ever had. The way they told us we could stay as long as we like. We were tired from the beach so we left about 9:40 but wow, I’ll never forget this place! Instead of being annoyed, they treated us like gold.”

“Exceptional. Holiday weekend. Positive and great service from the host to the servers to management who you could see was actively involved. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry it literally makes me happy to see that. The food was ready quick, hot, fresh, and delicious. The space was clean as clean can be. We will always come back here. Kudos to this place because they are doing it right. Rare to get both good service and good food from a restaurant these days, but the folks on this shift nailed it.”

“I went to lunas and got the beerger the pimento hush puppies a side of Brussels sprouts and a side of Mac and cheese while my gf got a ceaser salad with blackened chicken . I will first say 10/10 no hesitation 6 stars !!! The blueberry pepper jelly with the hush puppies DIVINE. Rollercoaster of flavors absolutely stunning . The Brussels sprouts with the glaze . My absolutely favorite way to eat sprouts now . Not a single complaint . Will eat again and again and again and probably again .”

“This place is one of my favorites. Always great food, pleasant atmosphere, and great service. The four of us dined October 31, 2025 and had a wonderful meal served by Brian and capped off with crème brûlée. Outstanding.”

“My daughter and I were there with her 10yr old golden. Of course we asked for outside seating, and were told an hour wait. Hostess did not get my phone # correct so when I didn’t get the welcome text I went back in. Another hostess changed it and neither one apologized for their mistake. Never broke a smile. Sooo we wait, and wait. Watched so many be brought in who clearly had not been there longer than us, empty outside tables with no one sitting there. I went back to the hostess stand to see how much longer, “it could be 3min or 15”, really. We finally got a table after an hour and 35min. We were put at the table next to the steps coming out on the patio, while there were two more tables open on the outside corner of the patio. Out of the line of traffic. Our golden was almost stepped on several times (one being the rude hostess) and the constant jarring of the ppl coming up and down the steps was very annoying. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal that you have waited two hours for and your table bouncing around. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent! Hostesses need to learn some manners as to how to be polite.”

“So I wouldn’t not recommend it, it wasn’t terrible to where we couldn’t eat our food, we were just very disappointed. We went based on reviews and the pictures and our food just was not what was pictured or talked about in reviews. There is New York style thin crust and then there is cracker thin crust, our pizza was cracker thin crust and I’m not a fan. Their “hand breaded” boneless wings were comparable to tyson frozen boneless wings and looked nothing like what was in the pictures. Their ranch tasted and looked like bottled ranch and not home made ranch which was also disappointing. Again, not angry or anything, just very disappointed. Reviews and pictures are very misleading. It was quick and easy and the staff was very nice.”

“Stumbled upon Bahama Buck’s yesterday. Traffic after the Mardi Gras Parade was in grid lock mode, we had to use the restroom, so sno-cones and bathroom break it was!! Bathroom was “Buccees Clean” and the sno cones, unbelievably smooth and tasty! Tropical Blue Coconut was amazing. If you haven’t tried them out, you should! 10/10, 👍👍.”

“You never know what will happen when you walk into a restaurant in a party of 15. MM 158 did not disappoint, though! In fact, the servers and the food were great! There was a kitchen mixup and one person's order was delayed so the waitress comp'd it. No need, though. It was delish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“This place is just hands down one of the nicest restaurants down here, especially for an occasion. My husband chose here for his birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. We had a party of 12, we were enjoying ourselves laughing and having drinks and they went with our flow and accommodated us perfectly without messing with our vibe at all. Our server Jon did great with our large chatty group and we appreciate so much the experience we got to have. The filet was incredible, the fish, the potatoes, just so amazing. Plus that chocolate cake omg. Couldn’t have asked for more for my husband’s birthday. You made it a core memory for the books.”

He was kind to our kids, kept the chips and salsa flowing, was attentive without being too chatty, and was all around a GREAT server. “I recently traveled down to Gulf Shores, and a friend recommended I try Big Mike's Steakhouse. Last night, I finally had the chance—and from the moment I opened my car door, the aroma alone had my mouth watering. I knew right then I was in for something special.
I started with the fried mushrooms, and they were cooked to absolute perfection—crispy on the outside and flavorful all the way through. For my entrée, I ordered the ribeye steak, and I was thoroughly impressed. It was seasoned just right and delivered on both taste and quality.
When I got home and checked Facebook, I saw several friends had already commented, highly recommending this same spot and raving about the food—and now I completely understand why.
If you’re visiting Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, I highly recommend making a stop at Big Mike’s Steakhouse. You won’t be disappointed.”

The beer was ice cold, but I did have to ask for a glass. No problem splitting the bill. The key lime pie was delicious.”

“I have ordered from Vinnys every time we come down. Well this week we ordered twice they do have the best pizza but customer service is something different. I ordered a pizza the 2nd time and it was all to the side like it went all over the place. The young lady on the phone said she remember when it happened. As soon as she handed him the pizza she heard it. First then correct it dont send it out for delivery it was almost 63.58 order. I called the lady was very nice but the manager not so much. So no help from them or door dash.”

“So, I had had pizza from here before but it was when a friend ordered and brought to our condo to share with us and it was so good. But! My sister and I drove down yesterday for haircuts and we were hungry when we got here but didn’t know what we wanted. We decided to just drive around until we saw something we would want. We chose Rotolo’s because I remembered it, but wow! When I picked out my personal favorites I was quite pleased ! So fresh and most delicious.
