“Chick-fil-A is the fastest drive thru in the fast food industry. The employees are always very polite and friendly. They always have a smile on their faces and ready to take your order. What impresses me most is after they give the food to you, they say have a BLESSED DAY. A lot of other fast food chains could learn a lot from the way this business takes care of customers.“
“Pell City Jersey Mike’s is the best! We’ve been coming here pretty frequently and the service has always been great and the sandwiches even better. We actually choose to go to this location that is several miles farther away from home just because of the service. It’s nice to see the same staff, especially when turnover rate can be so high in the service industry (understandably when customers can be so rude). Great job here, guys!“
“The drive thru had a med. long line. But it didn't take long before we got our food. We had to put the window down the smell was making my mouth water like crazy. Smelled so good. There was nothing left not even bones. My dogs ? ❤️ KFC ? ?.“
“Captain D is a lot better than it used to be but I just received my meal. The bread was ruined because they placed it in the box where the juice from green beans soaked it. The corn was old. It was terrible. I ordered a $4.59 dessert and was charged but never received it. I tried calling them after I returned home but no answer. Hopefully they will fix it but I don't want to drive another 40 minutes to get it tonight. The service was good though. The lady was pleasant when she took my order. The fish was very good. The loaded potato was old, and the cheese was melted on the foil but not the potato. But I could tell the potato was old and not fresh. I paid $22.09 for one meal and only ate less than half.. please do better.“
“This is forreal the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. The doors have spoons for handles, the cashier was so damn friendly, she brought our food to us which was so good, best bread I’ve ever had from any Dairy Queen. Bathrooms were spotless, tables were clean, a guy was mopping. And the food didn’t take long but was all fresh. Highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!“
