“Have to update my review. Things have gotten better with the cheese and overall quality of the burgers. Fries are still pretty limp, but maybe thats just how Five Guys rolls. I'd probably still get Wendys or McDonalds because its way cheaper and their patties are improving, but its nice to have weird options like A1 sauce and relish on burgers so thats what makes these burgers unique.“
“So upon paying at the drive-through, we sat in front of the window after they told us to pull up and wait for our food to be brought to us... We preceded to wait for 20-30 minutes. After getting out to check on the food, we were told it was given to another car... We then waited for it to be remade another 10-15 minutes. Being disgusted with waiting for so long, we had asked for recompense. They gave us pies for the trouble... ?“
“My husband and I just moved here from Georgia and this location was far superior to any location back home. The manager on shift gave us a free fry for “taking too long” when it wasn’t very long at all. The restraunt was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was amazing. Will be back.“
“Good food. Speaker system wasn’t working so came out to the car to get our order and took credit card Back with her. Held our card for a long time maybe 20 min. Said the system was down and had to reset it. Had us worried they forgot to give it Back. Otherwise ok. Food was good Clean outside.“
“We moved away to the Grovetown, GA. area in the summer of 2023. Since then, we have missed dining at Jack’s. There isn’t one in our area, so we made it a point to come here while we were in town this weekend. The food was great as usual … and the fish dinner was amazing. Our party of three is glad we came here. We miss you, Jack’s.“
“Had the Firehouse Meatball and it was delicious, glad I stopped by there and tried it. Justice was friendly and the rest of the team got my order out accurately and toasty hot. Prices a little high but I guess everything is these days. I’ll be back!“
“An employee on break was talking loud and using profanity sitting on at a booth in the restaurant. She was on her phone and was talking about the music that was really too loud itself. I asked to speak to the manager and she just quietly said, I'm sorry. I asked should I call Corporate and she said probably! So this is my opportunity to have a voice. I was traveling through Douglasville, GA. but will never stop at that Arby's again. The only other customers were 2 elderly couples who were highly offended as well!“
“Absolutely awesome.It can get pricey when you add extra meat, but they really load it up when you ask for it.Best Philly Cheesesteak for a chain restaurant. Very high quality ingredients, great bread, too. I would rather get a sub here than at Publix, even.“
“Hello the only thing I don't like about mcdonald's is they always telling you that the ice cream Machine/ maker always down it's no we don't have milk shake or no we don't have ice cream and now it's the dang on Orange juice now I went up there so many time to get orange juice they say that's broken smh they are getting lazy at mcdonald's breakfast time and evening time people ask for salt on there French fries and they still don't put nothing on it just dry I am so sick of the people they hired at mcdonald's cause they lazy as hellParking: I'm talking about the mcdonald's in Anniston al 36201 Quinter avenue“
“Went and took my grandkids to eat for a late lunch and it was busy as it always is bc it’s a great place to go eat. Line moved fast and orders all correct. The food came out as we set down. The cashier Aaliyah was very professional and we even talked about what we have and haven’t tried yet. She was still on top of every thing. Very friendly and she never rushed even though there were others waiting to order. They had 3 cashiers working and all were sweet. My props to Aaliyah for doing an amazing job. Braxton was working the floor and I don’t think a single person had to go ask for anything bc he was nonstop cleaning and getting refills without anyone having to ask. He asked the kids if they would like a wipe with their ice cream and even asked if they would like some water. He was such a sweetheart and every restaurant needs a Braxton.“
