I went to Popeye's on Hwy 80 on Monday. I ordered a leg, wing, and wanted some macaroni. I was told very sternly that I can't just order that and that it would need to be a meal which would have a biscuit. I asked could we leave the biscuit off and was told that it was free, but that it would could with my food. No problem! I got to the window and I slipped up and asked for a cup of water, offering to pay if there was a charge, and you would have thought that I cursed or something....read full review

I clearly ordered a mild 3 piece with fries sprite light ice. The young man that took my order gave me spicy chicken even after I corrected him at the window before paying. He walked away doing something that nothing to do with my order. The full staff was to Busy Playing. Someone older needs to be on duty with these young people. It wasn't busy at All. People want what they ordered.

First-time customer at this location. I ordered and paid via Popeyes app, after 20 minutes of not hearing anything about my order, I went to the store to make sure they recieved my order. They did... waited another 30 to get my food. It was not a huge complicated order! It was chicken fingers , an 8 peice and fries. The MOD and cashiers looked lost the whole time. I was not the only customer in the store at the time that had an awful experience.
