I never write reviews, but the service and server was horrible. To forgetting things we asked for when taking our orders, to getting rude when asking for the things we asked for when we ordered our food. Brought our checks out , and then said she had to add gratuity, even tho one of my friends had already paid her ticket. She voided it out, and gave her the new ticket. Charged me gratuity on the 2 To-Go orders I had on my ticket. Thank goodness the manger split the Check up....read full review
One of our favorite places to eat great burgers and many locations for convenience
I only recommend Mugshots because of past experiences. My family and I went last night with friends and it was by far some of the worst service I’d had to date. Upon entering, the host greeted us but asked a female server under the stair case if she wanted 6, but they had kids (hello, standing in front of you!) the girl scowled and said no.
